Positive: The cabin is located on the grounds where historic Balfron cottage - the birthplace of the renowned Glasgow architect Sir Alexander “Greek” Thompson is situated (private house). One bedroom cabin is small but well equipped with undercounter fridge/freezer. No stove but microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The breakfast selection includes plenty of milk, juice, bread, yoghurts, cornflakes, instant porridge, jam and butter. The place is well decorated and clean. The path along the river Endrick starts right behind the cottage. Very quiet and relaxing place.
