Toukley Boathouse is located in a residential area therefore please restrict outside noise after 10pm.
Use of outdoor fire pit is not allowed when total fire ban is inforced .Total Fire ban in force from 31st October 2024 till 31st March 2025 ($2200.00 on the spot fine by NSW fire services ) if found to be lighting fire pit.
NO Fireworks allowed on property.
Only Guests on original booking to stay overnight due to safety and fire Issues.
Please be aware of changing weather conditions on the lake before using Kayaks and paddleboards as lake can become choppy.
No smoking and vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited within the house.
No Illegal drugs on the property

All non motorised water equipment is free to use at your own risk.
Children are to be supervised at all times around the waterfront.
The use of our jetty is at your own risk during your stay.
No Glassware and open bottles on the jetty at any time during your stay. Please be aware that the lake is shallow therefore no diving off the Jetty.
