The Summit PCB property also boasts 2 outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, our infamous Bikini Bob's restaurant right on the property, a weight room, close proximity to many restaurants and many more amenities! This unit is a 1-bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps up to 5. You will find a king bed in the master bedroom with a tv and private bathroom, a top and bottom two size bunk in a hallway alcove, a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, love seat, dining area and a fully stocked kitchen (specialty pans or cooking items are not provided). Updated with a beautiful soft yellow color with white bead board and trim throughout. A moderate beach front property that you are sure to love! NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands.
