Summary: This home is charming and centrally located. Spacious gathering spaces. Lovely for pictures. Pricing was very reasonable. Although some locals told us it was not in a safe area, we did not have any problems. Our biggest major issue with the house is that the kitchen is not set up for people who like to cook. There were only five plates in a home that supposedly is for eight people. There was not a full set of measuring cups, measuring spoons, or kitchen knives. Two of the skillets had been burned so badly that the finish looked unsafe for cooking. No spices. Only salt and pepper. New and spacious refrigerator. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen. Some of the silverware and dishes had to be cleaned before we could use it. Older renters may find themselves uncomfortable going up and downstairs. The mattresses were newer but inexpensive and on metal frames with round bars for slats. No box springs. Not very comfortable sleeping for older adults, but the kids did not complain. Every bedroom has a TV. Upstairs fire alarm goes off whenever the upstairs shower is used.
