Relax and enjoy this spacious studio apartment located just six miles north of downtown Paso Robles in the north westside wine country. Whether you are here for work or play, this private space is perfect for a single person or couple looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat in the country that is just minutes from town. The stars are beautiful here and there is a walking path right off the back patio. Queen size bed, work station, fast WIFI, BBQ, full kitchen and full bath with private entrance.
This studio apartment features a full kitchen and dining area in the front entry room, then you step through an arched walkway to the bedroom, with a queen size bed, a desk with a comfortable office chair and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo). The home features views of the valley, a bbq and sitting area just outside the private entrance and a parking area in front of the unit. The apartment shares a wall with the main house but the owners are only there about half the time and they give you your space and privacy.
Need more space? We also have a large four-bedroom manor home on the property "Whispering Oaks Manor" plus another 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage next door that can be rented separately: "Whispering Oaks Cottage" . The entire property can sleep up to 16 people in three separate units.
You will be sent your access code to the front door one day prior to check in. This apartment is connected and shares a wall with the main house. While the owners are sometimes not there, if they are, they give you your privacy and expect the same from you. We also have another rental on the property, Whispering Oaks Cottage, that may be rented by other guests during your stay. Again, giving the same privacy you would expect is appreciated. Dogs must be leashed at all times. There is a security camera at the front door that is recording audio and video 24/7. Any tampering with the security camera is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
We have a EV charger in the carport for guest use; help us be eco-friendly by using during the daytime hours only.
Guests are required to provide the following to finalize their reservation through our reservation software after booking: Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and complete the authorization for the security deposit 2 days prior to arriving at the property.
