Located in Breze, this vacation home is in a rural area and near theme parks. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching. The Pool House is an individual, purpose built holiday home for a couple. It was constructed to a very high standard in 2005, alongside our own home. It shares a 15m heated pool with just the two of us . Strictly No Kids.
It enjoys panoramic view for 14-20km, it is set in a vineyard 1km from the centre of Breze. We are approximately 14km south of historic Saumur and 10 from the beautiful town of Montreuil-Bellay and the Historic Abbey of Fontevraud.

The Pool House comprises:-
•Large lounge, with 2 x 2-seat leather settees.
•42" Flatscreen TV, UK Satellite receiver, DVD Player and Bang & Olufsen Hi-Fi system; Bluetooth I-Pod/ MP3 docking station.
•Dining room with glass-topped table and six leather chairs.
•Luxury fitted and well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops including dishwasher, full height fridge freezer in addition to Hob, oven and microwave/grill.
•Bedroom with the option of Super King-size (1.8m) , or twin bed(s) arrangement & fitted double wardrobes. Ceiling fan
•Deluxe bathroom with walk-in multi-jet shower and marble topped "His & Hers" basins. Hair drier.
•Electric window shutters; keep it cool when its hot and warm when its not. Also provide security and act as curtains.
•Two bathrobes and slippers provided for the use of our guests.
•Two sun-loungers and al-fresco dining table for 4 on the front terrace.
•Additional terrace with garden furniture, dining table and charcoal BBQ, to the rear of the house for evening dining in the sun.
•Bathroom towels, sunlounger towels and linen included in weekly price
