Welcome to "The Pony Tale", a spacious beach house within walking distance to the beach! 5 Primary Bedrooms/ 5 Full Bathrooms/ 2 Half Bathrooms. Start your weekend off right with this beautiful (Friday to Friday only during the summer) rental, avoiding that weekend traffic and enjoying the beach! Most rentals are Saturday or Sunday bookings. Traffic gets CRAZY backed up on the beach and pavement those days. You'll be happy to be at the house already AND you'll be home in plenty of time to "wind down" and be ready to return to your everyday life.
Ground level: interior offers a game table for board games or other activities, a flat screen tv, wet bar with small fridge, card table, laundry closet and half bath that leads to the outside. The exterior ground level has a private pool (opens when the weather is warm enough and closes when it starts to get cooler out) with a large pool deck, outside shower, picnic table, gas grill (propane included) and fenced yard.
Mid-Level: includes a quiet sitting area nestled in between rooms 1 & 2. Rooms 3 & 4 are also on this level with all rooms having their own full bathrooms. The exterior includes a hot tub that is open all year.
Top Level: has the King Primary bedroom with full bathroom and oversized bath tub. This level also offers a living room, a big flat screen tv with surround sound and boasts tons of natural light and beautiful views. We have an upgraded kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need including stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space with bar seating for 4, plus small appliances, glassware, dishes and utensils for serving. Just off the kitchen rests a dining area with a large wooden table for 8 that pairs well with the bar seating for 4 by the kitchen, providing plenty of space for family meals. There is also a sunroom with a futon and kids area for coloring, reading or puzzles.
Last but not least, outside of the sunroom is a spiral staircase that leads up to an oversized "Widows Walk” area where you have beautiful views of the ocean, the sound, the sunrise and the sunset.
Extras: Each room has its own flat screen tv with cable, closets with hangers and full bathrooms. Primary king has a walk in shower and separate tub, 3 queen primary bedrooms with tub/shower combos and 2 twin bunks (sleeps 4 all together) with a tub/shower combo. The home also includes beach chairs and umbrella for your use.
*Linens and bath towels will be included at no extra cost. We will provide sheets for all beds and beds will be made and ready for you. Please bring your own bedding for the futon if you plan to use it. (You may want to bring extra towels if you have more than 12 guests coming.) A hand towel and bath mat will be in each bathroom as well. We have also provided books, board games, poker chips, cards, coloring books and puzzles for extra entertainment.
*Now allowing dogs. One dog up to 60 lbs or 2 small dogs up to 35 lbs each. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the weekly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add a second pup, please contact me. The $10 additional nightly fee will apply for one extra dog. You are responsible for cleaning up after your animals. Please bring bags to clean up after your pet potties outside.

*You MUST have 4 Wheel Drive to get to this rental, as it is about 3 miles up the 4x4 beach from where the pavement ends. There are no paved roads in Carova. Please research the area and what the weather will be like before and during your trip so you are prepared when you come. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN IF YOUR VEHICLE CAN NOT MAKE IT TO THE HOUSE.

**Please be advised video surveillance equipment is installed outside the home observing outside areas only and will be off during your stay. These are not used for guest security.

**Mini Vacations are available during the "off season". 3 night minimum stays are available after Labor Day and until Memorial Day. Please check the calendar for availability and rates.
