Grenada, known as “Spice Island”, is one of the most beautiful destinations in the Caribbean. The Point at Petite Calivigny is a luxurious, boutique residence club located on the exclusive southern coast. Newly opened, it now boasts 3 lavish villas along with 12 beautifully appointed 2-bedroom suites. Each one is blessed with spectacular ocean views.
These 3-bedroom stand-alone villas are finished to a high spec and all come with a private infinity pool overlooking Woburn Bay. Like most luxury villas, the design makes the most of the sea views so when you walk in the front door, you are immediately drawn to the infinity pool and bay views. The living room is very spacious with dining for 6 guests, the décor has artwork from local painters adorning the walls which give the soft-toned walls a burst of life. There is a full kitchen with all modern appliances for any budding chefs to cook up a storm.
From the living room, guests can walk onto the patio where sun loungers, soft seating, and a very inviting infinity pool await you. Here is where you will spend your days if you are not out exploring the island of Grenada. Soak up the sun, sip on a cool drink, read your favourite book, or just sit back and relax… this is what island life is all about. On the side of the villa, you have the barbeque area complete with a table and chairs. This makes to be a great social spot for everyone while watching the Caribbean sun setting behind the island.
Each of the villas have three bedrooms, on the lower level, sits two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. You will find a queen bed in the first room and twin beds in the second. The master bedroom can be found on the second level and it boasts a king-size bed, balcony, and an ensuite bathroom.
Guests staying at The Point Residence Club also have access to the communal Gym and the Spa and Wellness area. When you book in at the start of your stay, you will be appointed a lifestyle coordinator who will be happy to organize, yoga classes, pilates, personal trainers, and much more.
The beach is about a 5-minute walk down the hill, here you will find the beach bar which offers light bites and beverages throughout the day. The beach is a wonderful color as it’s a mixture of white and black sands, the blacker sands coming from the volcanic rock found on that side of the island. The beach is safe for swimming and out a little further is the reef, this has an amazing underwater sea world to be discovered here. Good to know is that if you don’t fancy walking up or down from your villa, we will organize a spin for you. Nothing is ever a problem at “The Point”
The Point is a mere fifteen minutes from the main business district, and twenty minutes from Maurice Bishop International Airport. From fine restaurants, bars, and entertainment to magnificent rain forests, hiking trails, and a spectacular sea world, you will have a very memorable time in Grenada.
