Summary: The hotel location is excellent. There is only 1 elevator for the whole hotel. On our first day someone had dumped a whole cooler of ice in the elevator, and unfortunately just left all the ice inside like elevator floor. The room doors are very heavy and stick, would be very difficult to open if elderly or disabled. Our bathroom sink would not drain. There is no cleaning service. Though if you go to front desk they will give you clean towels and a broom to clean your own room. Breakfast offered is the same exact thing every day.
