The oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi are right at your feet. The views are breathtaking from everywhere in the house and the 15 to 30 foot ceilings make them majestic. There is beautiful art from around the area and all over the world of surfing. Artifacts from Polynesia to Latin America and Indonesia are all over the home and a vintage collectors 1962 Olympic longboard hangs prominently in the casa. This is a one of a kind property in Club Marena.
From the newly expanded spacious deck, by far the largest patio in Marena, you can watch the surfers at the point or kids playing in the pool or running around the lawn area. This large patio is adorned with the finest of patio furnishings and both a Big Green Egg Smoker (mesquite provided upon request) and a 4 burner Weber gas BBQ as well. At the base of the steps down off the deck there is a private rain shower and foot rinse to drench off form the surf.
Enter the enormous living area passing though huge floor to ceiling windows that give way to the best views of the ocean on the coast. The living area is outfitted with a fully enabled, internet connected, streaming enabled, home theater system connected to the patio speakers as well. There is also a brilliant fireplace, a baby grand piano and seating for a dozen people.
There is a game closet with lots of beach and grass games (bocce, cornhole, etcโฆ), pool cues, darts and ping pong equipment for use in the game room just below the property. We also have lots of boogie boards, wetsuits, surfboards and stand up paddle boards for use upon requests.
There is a spacious formal dining area, with a locally crafted hand carved dining set, just outside of a culinary kitchen that will please the most discerning chef in your group. The kitchen features a Sub-Zero Fridge, Dacor 6 burner gas cooktop with griddle, convection oven and a Bosch dishwasher. The cocina is equipped with fine cutlery and every kitchen accessory you could possibly need. Thereโs a commercial mixer, baking supplies, roasting pans and more. There is even an air fryer to whip up homemade French fries. The kitchen has wine racks, dozens of quality wine glasses and excellent bar equipment.
The Master bedroom is a truly spectacular experience in this home. The sounds of the ocean pour into the 800 sqft luxury suite. The massive floor to ceiling windows reveals Baja's Best Bedroom views. There is a large Jacuzzi tub, an oversized shower and double vanity. There is 55-inch UHD TV with a full sound system and Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora and much more included. There is an exercise recumbent if you want to work out and a private kitchenette at your disposal. Not to mention a romantic flip of a switch fireplace. This room also has a private safe for your valuables. The entire experience will recharge your soul and revive senses.
There are three other bedrooms in the property with a King, two queens and a queen respectively. Each has luxury hotel quality, double pillowtop mattresses and fine linens. They also each have a flat screen tv connected to the internet, plenty of closet space and fine furnishings.
