Come relax on Lake Martin in this beautiful home tucked away in a private family friendly slough. The Oaks at Tecumseh is the perfect place to come for a stay on the lake. It is nestled in a small neighborhood that offers the ability to ride bikes, walk, take a run, or just enjoy nature. The access to this home has paved roads for easy access. The house is in a great location. It’s less than 5 minutes from Kowlagia Restaurant and Marina, Russel Crossroads, The Amphitheatre, Catherine’s Market, Church of the Pines, Children’s Harbor, Chimney Rock and Goat Island. The property is 45 minutes from Auburn. There is a great year round boat ramp less than 5 minutes away as well. The Oaks at Tecumseh offers year round qualities for a great getaway anytime. Whether it’s the summer enjoying the water, or spring and fall enjoying the view, fishing , golfing, biking, or horseback riding and even in the winter with football and some great fires and just enjoying the peace that the lake has to offer. Our house offers two piers with two floating docks. It has 150 feet of water front and a great safe place to swim. There are 2 swings on the bottom patio with seating. The upper deck offers seating as well as a grill. There is plenty of parking with a two car parking pad and a driveway in front of the house. The house offers room to spread out and has an open concept kitchen/den/eat in area with huge windows for a relaxing view. There is a large TV in the den and TVs in all bedrooms as well as the basement area. The large dining area seats eight with four seats at the bar right next to the large table.The kitchen has all major appliances and 2 large pantries for storage. It is stocked with all the comforts of home. For those that need to work while away, there is a home office with a great nature view. The house has 5 bedrooms . All bedrooms are located on the main level. The master has a king bed. There are 2 queen beds and 2 full beds. there is a room that has bunk beds as well. Downstairs offers a huge basement den with wet bar and a half bath which is easily accessible from the lake level.This is a great place for game day or for the kids to play and just spread out. Both bathrooms have double vanities with tubs and showers. There is one half bath on the main level and one half bath on the basement level. There are stairs to the basement and stairs to main level from the lakeside, both with hand rails.
