It has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings and a stylish interior. There is one double bedroom with storage, and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a bright open plan living area with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.This flat has been recently refurbished in a modern style and benefits from new furniture and interiors. The living room sits connected to the kitchen and dining area in a bright open space comfortably accommodate all guests. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready to be used. There is a sofa bed in the living area comfortably sleeping an additional guest. The bedroom has a luxurious Eve mattress and can sleep two guests. The bathroom comes with a big shower and it's clean and neat. The home offers high-speed WiFi and it has plenty of space to get work done should you need it.You'll have access to the homes at all times. From your window you'll see the famous Sotheby's auction house, and New Bond Street, the playground of the rich and famous. The crème de la crème of London's shopping, restaurants and entertainment right are on your doorstep with the many shops of Regent Street, bustling Piccadilly Circus and the exclusive boutiques of New Bond Street.London is closely connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it's perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. This home is right in the centre of the city and while it's safely away from traffic, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is not equipped with a washer/dryer but Laundrapp, Zipjet and other laundry services are available. There are nearby launderettes and dry cleaners as well. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. While three guests can sleep in the flat, it's still a moderately sized 1-bedroom flat so it may be a bit of a squeeze. There's room to sleep and eat, but groups of three or more will probably prefer to eat out and spend their time exploring.Please, no parties or smoking.
