Positive: Loved the location so close to Beale street and all the things to do in Memphis. Outside of the property was immaculate kept and nice to hang out in when not touring the city. The furnishings were very comfortable and cool!! We had not issues what so ever and loved our stay Our host was the best he was always there if any questions came up When in Memphis we will be back hopefully for a longer stay next time
