Welcome to this beautiful, minimalistic & modern 3 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom home. As you come into a beautiful and stylish Living Room which offers a relaxing sectional couch, flat screen TV and has already been decorated for the Holiday Season. Perfect place to unwind with a cup of coffee or your favorite book. The dining room comfortably sits 6 people, while overlooking the backyard. Large Kitchen has plenty of cabinets and is well stocked with everything you possibly need for that gourmet meal. Right off the Kitchen is a large family room with a TV and a roomy sectional. Perfect to relax and catch up on your favorite TV show. There is also a second access to the back yard/ patio from the family room.
Master Bedroom is tucked away on the opposite side of the house with a LCD TV, large closet and a comfortable king size bed. The Master suite is uniquely remodeled and offers double vanities & stand-up, tiled/glass shower.
2nd bedroom has Queen bed, large closet with extra bedding and LCD TV.
Last bedroom has twin over full bunk bed, desk/office area as well as stocked with lots of kid's toys and games.
Main bathroom offers soaking tub/ shower combo.
Back yard is beautifully decorated with lights, outdoor planters, private and is fully fenced. Outdoor set will have you relaxing after the long day at the beach. Take a dip in a private heated pool, cool off in a splash pad or relax on a lounge chairs.
We provide plush & cotton towels and white bedding throughout the house.
Laundry is available in the garage for your use. You'll also find there beach accessories, beach chairs & fishing poles.
