300 meters away, with easy access via a path through a pine forest, lies Mavrolitharo beach, an immaculate, white sand, with serene turquoise waters, almost private beach.
Completed in July 2023, the residence with 240 m2 of indoor space, provides four spacious bedrooms of 32 m2 each, with four superbly appointed fixture ensuite bathrooms.
