Historic Chautauqua Heights Manor offers a variety of luxury accommodations and sits on a private 15-acre estate located in the heart of CHQ County in Western NY, just minutes from the CHQ Lake & CHQ Institution. Whether you are looking to enjoy quiet solitude of an upscale lake retreat with friends or family, host an elegant wedding or shower, or plan a corporate retreat, The Manor is designed for year round enjoyment. This delightful property offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind with 11 formal bedrooms, 9 bathrooms with two beds and one bath tucked away in our cellar apartment that is a great In-law suite. There are 4 kitchens, 3 large dining rooms, many living rooms, two porches, expansive lawns, a fire pit, and an in-ground pool behind our English garden hedges (seasonly June-Oct).
