The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with contemporary fixtures and fittings and was designed with luxury in mind. With a full frontal balcony that boasts stunning views looking out to sea which is accessible via the full width bi-folding doors. There is also a spacious furnished balcony accessed from both the lounge and master bedroom overlooking the ocean and Barrowfields which is perfect for catching rays and al fresco dining with its luxurious outdoor furniture. The main open plan living area consists of the lounge, kitchen and dining room and has beautiful views out to sea. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite shower room along with a walk in closet and TV . The second bedroom has two single beds that can be arranged to make a super king sized bed. This room also has a balcony suitable for 2 adults that overlooks Porth and Watergate which is perfect for an early morning coffee or a little privacy when needed. There is a separate utility area for your laundry needs. In a fabulous location, just a minutes walk to Lusty Glaze Beach and with Tolcarne Beach and Newquay town a few minutes stroll away, you can simply park the car and not have to worry about driving if you prefer.
