Surf one of the best breaks on the Coast which you’ll find at Killalea State Park – affectionately nicknamed ‘The Farm’ – or shop until you drop, in Kiama or Shellharbour both offering a little something to suit everyone. Just minutes from your door is some of the best snorkelling sites on the East Coast, Minnamurra Rainforest, Minnamurra River for kyaking or swimming, bush walking tracks, endless fishing opportunities (regardless of whether you have a boat or not) and the main street of Shellharbour or Kiama which boasts a selection of fine dining restaurants, cafes, boutiques or good ol’ fish and chips which you can enjoy while overlooking the water. Stockland Shellharbour is a short 10 minutes drive boasts over 100 recognised retailers and department stores, along with Events Cinema nearby Stocklands. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Parties and functions are prohibited.The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial.Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning garbage removal wear and tear,repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage,breakages,theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during there stay. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am by the latest to allow time to prepare property for next guests. $500 Bond is payable 7 days prior to guests arrival date.Owners will forward through relevant account details.Bond will refunded within 48 hours in full subject to the above conditions being met.It is designed to cover additional cost incurred including but not limited to,any breakages,damage or exceeds cleaning requirements,extra guests beyond those declared...etc Loss- the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
