Beautiful downtown 2-story loft perfect for remote workers, travel nurses, medical professionals, displaced students, caregivers, and locals needing a flexible place to stay. Our homes are professionally cleaned, meeting recommended guidelines for disinfection and cleanliness. So wherever life takes you right now, we're here to make you feel at home.
Walk to it all from this open floor plan downtown Austin loft that provides 2 stories of space for 1-6 guests. Our apartment has stained concrete floors, brand new furnishings, stainless appliances, a full-sized kitchen, cable TV, FREE Wi-Fi, and a private balcony that overlooks downtown.
SLEEPING: This open-concept loft offers flexible sleeping options to accommodate up to six guests. The upstairs area features a open sleeping space with a queen-size bed and a private bedroom with two twin beds. For added convenience, an entry-level trundle bed with two additional twin beds provides ample sleeping space for all.
EATING: Use the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances for meal preparation or walk to some of Austin's best restaurants. There is a dining area that can be used for meetings or meals.
PETS: This loft is not pet-friendly. If you would like to bring a pet we manage other lofts in the building that are pet-friendly. Please inquire and we can help you find the right loft for you and your fur baby. Additional pet fees and requirements will apply.
PARKING: Parking passes for the attached parking garage are available for an additional fee and are sold separately. Please inquire about rates.
LOCATION: This truly is a 'car optional' property. For guests arriving from the airport, there is a $1.75 shuttle from the airport that drops off a few blocks away from our loft. UBER, LYFT, pedicabs, and taxis are all readily available as well.

This is a great location and a great home for those who want to explore Downtown Austin – you can be a part of it all! While this is a super convenient location, it is definitely not quiet.
