Positive: Location was good. Central to town. Large comfortable room with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. Air conditioning was a great benefit in the heatwave we are currently experiencing. Excellent breakfast.

Negative: Unfortunately the toilet did not flush. Unfortunately, the bedroom bin had not been emptied from previous guest and the coffee cups were not properly clean. No USB points in the room.

Summary: Generally very good, friendly and would recommend if the few points were resolved.
