Positive: Great location and views, clean and tidy. Good kitchen that is well equipped and ample clothes racks for washing.
Negative: Could not open the kitchen or bedroom windows more than 5cm and the 2 small fans were inadequate, so we were often hot. No bin in the bathroom or toilet. The dining table is horrible...only 4 people can fit comfortably because of the chunky legs. The dining chairs need cushions. And not enough cupboard space to put our own food in the kitchen...most of our things were stored on the bench. More gate keys to get to the beach should be given....especially when there are 5 guests. Three of us were already gone and the other 2 had to get to the beach by walking out of our street and around the world to have access to the beach since they had no key. Frustrating.
Summary: Enjoyable and relaxing even though we had a few limitations with opening windows and not enough key
