The Condo has a nice, open floor plan throughout, with colors that are pleasant to the eye. The view from the balcony looks over the Dixie Valley. Bathroom and pool towels are provided and enjoy cable and WiFi in the condo. This beautiful suite is designed with everyone in mind.
This condo "Estancia" is newly built and is a very friendly resort. The Condo has its own massive resort style swimming pool, which is surrounded by palm trees and beautiful landscaping, a hot tub, pickle-ball courts and basketball court.
If you love the outdoors, you will love the location of our condo! Mountain biking trails are just right out your front door. Quail Creek and Sand Hollow are less than 20 min away. For more of an adventure, take a 60 minute drive to the beautiful Zion National Park. If city life is more your idea of fun then head to downtown St. George, which is only a 5 minute drive.
