The rest of the property is on the ground floor and contains a kitchen, a conservatory with dining area and a sitting room with sofa bed. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for one car and a sloping lawned garden with patio and furniture. The Garden Cottage is a comfortable base for couples or friends looking to explore the delights of Weymouth and the surrounding Dorset villages. Amenities: The cottage is insulated to high current standards and double glazed and, thus, suitable for all year round use. Heating throughout the ground floor living areas, with supplementary electric oil-filled radiator on first floor (very rarely needed). Electricity, bed linen and towels included in rent. Bosch electric oven with grill, two-ring induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, Bosch washing machine. Dedicated BT Wi-Fi for Broadband ( Mobile phone coverage is intermittent depending on network) TV with Freeview; DVD player. Private secluded terrace with garden table, parasol, chairs and benches. The village shop is approximately one mile away and the Old Ship Inn is 15 - 20 minutes’ walk away.
