Positive: The pool and the staff being respectful and nice to the guests
Negative: The bathroom in the room had a very bad string smell, the shower wasn’t properly working and in the last day of our stay the water was running all brown. Also , in the website they mentioned that they have SPA but they actually does not have one since COVID-19. Additionally, we asked for the laundry service and they charged us double the money that we were expecting. If you are looking for washing clothes during your stay in Phuket, avoid to do in it directly in the hotel and go to one of the laundries in town. The staff does not speak in English and it makes very difficult to communicate with them.
Summary: Not satisfied, it could have been better.
