Spread over two levels the ambience is light and airy, with vintage furniture set against white walls and modern fittings. All four bedrooms sport king size four poster beds. An open plan design makes the living area on the lower level a more sociable space, encouraging residents to connect.
Walls of glass open onto a lush, well maintained garden with swaying palm trees, which in turn overlooks the tranquil river.
The gorgeous private garden contains not just the independent pool but also a wonderful sit-out which has the water virtually lapping at your feet.
The location is spectacular! You can see fishermen fishing in their boats, watch otters playing in the river; settle down to some bird watching; or hire a boat – from the jetty adjoining the property - and float down the river to the sea, to view dolphins frolic.

1.Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. An additional charge of half of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs post 1100 hrs and Full charge will be applicable post 1800 hrs.
2. All residents above the age of 12 years must carry photo-identity to present at check-in; it could be a passport, driving license, Voter card or PAN card. Failure to provide ID will result in failure to check in.
3. No smoking in the villa, smoking is permitted in the garden area.

5.Village etiquette and rules demand that noise levels are contained within the walls of the villa. Please honour this diligently.
6.Parties and events are not permitted.
7.As the villa is surrounded by a garden with a lot of trees and foliage, creatures that naturally inhabit this space may inadvertently find their way into the villa. It is not uncommon to find beetles, frogs and rarely even garden snakes on the property. If this happens please do not panic, please do inform the staff, who will take care of the creatures immediately. The presence of any of these natural inhabitants is not grounds for refund.
8.Security Deposit is applicable, which will be refunded after the stay. Guests are liable to pay the cost of damages/breakages to the Resort property caused due to their negligence. The prices will be determined by the villa management and debited from the security deposit
9. No eating and drinking in the pool.
