Fantastic oceanblock LBI beach house located just 6 houses away from the ocean!!! Home fronts on Mercer Ave. Walk to a lifeguarded beach or the bay with playground,tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, pier, and softball diamond. Classic Raised Ranch styled home with 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins and a twin/double bunk bed), 1 1/2 baths plus outdoor shower. Open living/kitchen/dining rooms with cathedral ceilings, large sun deck with electric awning and 1 car garage. Master bedroom has one queen bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds and bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. Beach entrance is 6 houses to the east. Harvey Cedars Marina and water sports is located one block south. Two beach cruisers included.
