Positive: Fedora was waiting for us during our check-in and greeted us very kindly. She explained everything and showed us around. The location is great: the metro is 7 minutes away, and the Colosseum is a 30-minute walk away, which was practical on New Year's Eve. The fresh croissants in the morning were also a great treat. The rooms look even better than in the photos. I highly recommend them!
