We are pleased to be able to offer you with the residence "La Marenca" a real gem: The small holiday complex is located in a sunny and quiet panoramic position just above Cannobio and accommodates a total of ten tastefully furnished apartments. Each of them has different private outdoor areas. The terraces and large balconies have been designed so that you can connect them together if necessary. This creates the opportunity to rent adjoining apartments at the same time and to enlarge the outdoor areas for the joint use of several families. Next to the building is the approx. 1.000 m² large communal lot with sunbathing possibilities, from where you can enjoy an equally beautiful view of the river, Cannobio, the lake and the mountains as from the outside areas of the apartments. In the event that you do not want to be completely isolated from the rest of the world on vacation, wireless Internet access is available in each apartment free of charge. Due to the proximity to the center, this residence offers you an optimal basis for an all-round pleasant stay. Numerous hiking trails invite you to explore the scenic "Valle Cannobina" directly from the house or to "experience" the area by bike. The landlord provides bicycles free of charge for the duration of your holiday (three with child seat).
