Set in the urbanization of Montferrutx in Colonia de Sant Pere, this marvelous chalet welcomes 8 people. A terrace is great for al fresco dining and a small garden area is nice for a lazy afternoon basking in the sun. This lovely two-storey chalet features four bedrooms, three on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a trundle bed on the lower floor. The upper floor bedroom counts with two single beds, A/C and a bathroom with bathtub en-suite. A shower bathroom is on the ground level. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. A cozy sitting-dining room, with A/C, invites you to rest on the sofa, maybe while watching a film on the satellite-TV. A fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. All rooms, but the bathrooms, are provided with a wall radiator each. The village of Colonia de Sant Pere is in the north of Mallorca and there are many nice beaches around like Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjana, Cala Torta and s’Aigua Dolça. Formerly a fishermen's village, Colonia de Sant Pere has still its charming athmosphere. In the center you will find a grocery shop, a bank and a pharmacy. There's a lovely sea promenade with restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy lunch with sea views. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
