Very nice amenities for this pleasant refurbished apartment on the 6th floor with elevator of a bourgeois building, bright and sunny, sea view and completely unobstructed, with an optimized layout whose entrance is located in a charming pedestrian street, in the very center of Cannes and overlooking a quiet street. The apartment is on the 6th and last floor of the building, with a private access by a staircase between the 5th and the last floor, giving it a unique and totally private aspect.
You are in the heart of the lively district of Cannes and at the entrance to the historic district, while being a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the beaches, the rue d'Antibes (shopping) and rue Hoche (restaurants).
You will be calm in a new, modern and comfortable apartment, with a resolutely Baroque decoration, while enjoying a location in the very center where everything is done on foot!
In the immediate vicinity of the building there is a Monoprix and a Framprix for your comfort (open from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm). The train station is 5 minutes away. 1,300 m2 gym open 7 days a week in front of the building. Public parking secured 24/24 (not included in the rental) within 150 meters with flat rates of 7, 15 or 30 days.
