Positive: I live in Hanoi, but stay in a different hotel or apartment once or twice a month to experience the city. This is a great place to stay. The apartment is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The location is very cool: it's not near the touristy part of the city, but it is on a lake and they barricade the street to limit vehicle traffic. It was fun to walk around at night as there are some nice restaurants and cafes.
Negative: The only recommendation I would give to the apartment owner is to consider providing bottles of shampoo and shower gel instead of single use packets. Same with items to clean dishes. It would just be more convenient and contribute to a more comfortable stay.
Summary: Great value in nice location.
