Located in the heart of Seaside Proper on quiet Tupelo Street, this four bedroom home, that has been newly remodeled, is only four cottages away from the beach access to the Tupelo Pavilion which is private to guest only. When you are in Seaside you wont need your car as the beach and town are only steps away! When you walk up the steps to "Sugar", you will know that this is the place for you to rest, unwind, and take life at a slower pace. The entry opens up to a large, screened porch which faces Tupelo street. You have a table and chairs to enjoy an al fresco meal as well as plenty of conversational seating where you can kick back and enjoy the salty breezes. From the front porch, you will enter into the living space of the home. The living room features oversized white sofas with pops of aqua blues in the accessories and art work. The space has a large screen tv, which is perfect for watching a movie or watching your favorite team bring home a win. Just off of the living area is the recently remodeled kitchen with beautiful counter tops and brand new appliances. The dining area is next to the kitchen and has plenty of space for memorable family meals with seating for ten. Just a few steps over is a den area with a TV, comfortable seating, as well as books and games for the family. The laundry room is conveniently located just down the hallway. The living space has hallway access to the shared guest bath. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor. The beautiful, master bedroom has a king sized bed and tv, walk through closet and a completely remodeled master bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The second master bedroom features a king sized bed, tv and a sofa for relaxing. The guest bath has a private entrance from the guest room and has been completely remodeled with a single vanity, a tub/shower combo and an additional access door to the hallway. There is a stairway leading to the second floor where you will find the remaining two guest rooms. The first bedroom is a bunk room which has 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds, features a TV, and a private half bath. Continue down the hallway to the final bedroom, which has a king sized bed. This bedroom has a TV, private bath with a shower, and has access to the balcony. The balcony is accessible from the hallway area and is a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun and cool gulf breezes. The balcony has an outdoor sofa, love seat and chaise loungers. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, you step out onto the huge back deck which is shaded by mature trees and has plenty of seating for all to spend a relaxing evening outdoors. The breezes are plentiful through the gardens and behind the property there is access to the sand pathways for you to enjoy another part of the beauty and appeal of Seaside. You have your own outdoor shower where you can rinse off after a fantastic beach day, as well as access to the shared viewing tower where you will enjoy gulf breezes, views of the emerald green waters and town of Seaside. There is parking for two vehicles in front of the home and complete access to all of the Seaside amenities including: the private pavilions, 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball, playground, and a fitness center. "Sugar" has a sister guest house (534 Sq. Ft., 1 bedroom, sleeps 2) on the property called "Spice". BIKES: This property comes with 4 Dune adult beach cruiser bicycles. RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY - MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. - RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer. - A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. - Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. - We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards. - CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
