Situated on a charming, tree-lined street, this recently updated beach house accommodates up to 6 guests and offers inviting indoor and outdoor living spaces. The open-plan design seamlessly connects to a spacious, covered alfresco dining area and a large backyard perfect for children to explore. There is off-street parking available for 2 cars and a boat. Follow the walking track from Surf Parade into the local town for coffee, groceries, bars, and cafes.
The Kitchen and Living Room
The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas are perfect for socializing and relaxing together. The modern kitchen features electric cooking, a Miele oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, bench seating, and an adjacent 6-seat dining area. Relax in the living room with a smart TV, a coonara wood heater (wood provided), split-system air conditioning, and the warmth of solid timber floors throughout.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The home includes three beautifully presented bedrooms: two with queen beds and ceiling fans, and a third with two single beds. Each bedroom offers a garden view and is complemented by a full-sized modern bathroom and two additional toilets.
