The apartment is located in Mascot's Tempo complex, with access to the swimming pool provided. The penthouse is split over two levels with wonderful views from both the living area and bedrooms. Both levels have balconies, providing wonderful spaces to enjoy morning and night.
The open plan living and dining is on the lower level, with the kitchen off the dining area. The decor is modern and stylish with a comfortable modular sofa, smart TV, occasional furniture and ornaments, a piano and a dining suite that seats 6. Sliding glass doors open out to the balcony where there’s an additional dining suite seating 10 and comfortable outdoor chairs perfect for evening drinks or morning coffee. The city views are truly magnificent. The balcony wraps around the corner offering a huge amount of space for entertaining or for children to enjoy, with the requisite supervision.
The kitchen is sleek and fully-equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and a soda stream.

Alexandria is just up the road to the north - enjoy a coffee or lunch at the Grounds of Alexandria, a Sydney-wide favourite.
Both Coogee and Maroubra beaches are 17 minutes drive and Botany Aquatic Centre is just 10 minutes away. There are several golf clubs in the area and it’s not far to the fabulous Centennial Park, and Randwick Race Course.
