Offering an open design with all new kitchen cabinets and appliances. Sunset View is ideal for couples and families alike. Enjoy this spacious beach retreat featuring a heated pool or relax with happy hour cocktails on your private deck during sunset. There is both a covered deck and an upstairs open deck overlooking the pool area. It's tropical vibe and colorful artwork will set the tone for a perfect Bradenton Beach Retreat!
There is a 50" television with a DVD player in the downstairs living room. The upstairs living room features a 32" television. There is a 12" television in the guest bedroom. Of course, this wonderful home features free Wifi, expanded cable and free domestic calling.

This property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience.
Parking is limited to three vehicles.
