Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Sunrise. We were unable to access the house until about 90 minutes beyond check-in time. I was a little surprised that no one from Taylor Management reached out to us about it. It was the fault of the people before us who left such a mess. I think the cleaners did the best they could cleaning up after them but because they were rushed, it probably wasn't as clean as it could have been. The location was great for the kayaks and the boat rental. The grandkids loved the large yard and long driveway and were able to safely ride bikes, play games and have fun outside. The entire family enjoyed the community indoor pool. The location was close to all of the places we wanted to visit...the beach, Swallow Falls, Lakeside Creamery, the Discovery Center at the State Park, the inflatable water park, and the list goes on. On the website, it lists a hot tub as one of the amenities. There is a jetted tub in the master bath but no hot tub. This is misleading and should be corrected. It was a warm week and the air conditioning was great. We plan to stay in the same house next year.
