A warm welcome in our cozy apartment in the holiday village Sonnenhang!
The holiday village is located in a quiet hillside location on the outskirts of Missen. From the balcony you have a clear view of nature. The small town of Missen has remained a typical Allgäu village, here there is a sympathetic village shop, a hairdresser, a pretty church, mini golf course, tennis courts and some restaurants, because the good Allgäu air makes you hungry. The apartment is ideally located as a starting point for all destinations in the Allgäu, either you start right on your doorstep, or you make a trip to the many attractions. Boredom is guaranteed not to arise.
The apartment has its own ground floor entrance and parking in front of the house.
For the children there is a playground in the holiday village.
The living room is newly renovated and decorated in a country style.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds.
Upstairs, via a small staircase, there are 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment: Fully equipped with new stove incl. Oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water egg cooker.
Bathroom with tub / shower enclosure and toilet. Additional guest toilet with washing machine and dryer. Storeroom outside.
In winter, the possibilities for winter sports are almost limitless: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, ice skating.
In the storeroom there is a wooden sled and two plastic snowplates at your disposal. In the evening, the day before the stove can end comfortably.
In summer, the sunny south-facing balcony invites you to have breakfast (sandwich service available). Then it's off to mountain hiking, biking, the nearby Missener pool or the Alpsee at Immenstadt. Also the Bodensee lures as a destination.
For cozy evenings or rainy days, there are books and magazines in the apartment, also for swapping. In the cupboard under the TV you will find many games. WLAN connection is available.
In addition to the indicated rental rates are still due:
