A beautifully presented 4 bedroom house, with open plan living/dining area on the first floor and balcony with views to the sea. Sleeping up to 9 guests, this is a perfect holiday home to enjoy whist exploring North Devon. New holiday rental for 2016! Situated close to the centre of Croyde, in the popular area of Myrtle Farm View, Sundowner has been newly redecorated to create a relaxing and contemporary holiday home. There is a seperate kitchen room on the first floor which is well equipped to provide all the necessary facilites, including a dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine for that morning kick - make sure you bring your capsules! The spacious open plan living and dining room is positioned at the rear of the property, overlooking the garden and enjoying views towards the sea. The balcony, accessed from this room, has table and chairs for al fresco dining (although it will not be possible to have a BBQ on this balcony). The living area has a DVD player and Freesat HD TV, log burner and comfortable seating for 8 guests. The dining area has seating for 8 guests, although a further chair can be supplied if there is an extra guest using the sofa bed. The master room is also situated on the first floor, with a kingsize bed and single sofa bed for 1 child*. Built in wardrobe storage. This room also houses an en-suite with a shower over the bath and bidet. There is a seprate w/c off the first floor landing. On the ground floor you will find 3 further bedrooms and a family bathroom. There are two double rooms and one bunk bed room, all have storage and views onto the garden. There is an internal door to the garage, where table tennis can be played and bikes and boards can be stored. Another seperate w/c room can be found here. Sundowner has a lovely enclosed garden which can be accessed from the front and the inside of the property. Largely lawned, with paved area and a coal BBQ where you can enjoy the evening sunshine with a glass of wine. Driveway parking for 2/3 cars.
