During whale season enjoy the views and watch the whales swim by. 100m walk to beach access and only a few min drive . 1.4km flat walk (average person 20min casual walk) to the Peregian Village full of restaurants, cafe's, boutiques and markets. 15 min drive to Noosa attractions.

The townhouse features 3 private, quiet bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms as well as access to the small car lock up garage. (Small cars only will fit in garage)
The mid-level is dedicated to living area kitchen and dinning where lovely coastal finishes such as plantation shutters make the most of the beach-side flavour and embrace the ocean views. The living dining space is open plan with fully equipped kitchen and dinning area.
BBQ can also be found on this level and the back balcony. BBQ is guest maintained so please clean after each use and check gas if you use the last of the gas we ask that you fill it for next guest a kind gesture. We always suggest guest check gas level before use.
Lounge room area comprises comfy chase style lounges that are sized for two on each chase. This space and size of the lounge room space is more suited for a couple or four people due to chase sizes however if holidaying with 6 and two of these 6 if children or love a bean bag we do have 2 bean bags for extra seating in this area. Free Wi-Fi, Smart Tv, Netflix DVD player and a small range of DVD's board games and books for you to relax and enjoy.
Fully screened sliding doors access the private front terrace with ocean views and the rear terrace offers an ideal quiet spot to enjoy your favorite book.
The sleek designer 2-pac kitchen will assist you to create culinary delights and features Miele appliances and ample cupboard space Pots, pans, cutlery an crockery and coffee pod machine. Please note Kitchen DOES NOT have a microwave.
A powder room on this level makes for convenient holidaying as other bathrooms are on the entry level with the bedrooms.
Carpeted stairs lead you up to the private rooftop terrace with a spectacular ocean and sandy beach vista.
