Welcome to our beautiful home, Summerland, in the Schooner Ridge neighborhood of Duck, NC; a stunning coastal oasis that offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxed beach living. Our spacious and well-appointed home is the perfect choice for families and groups who are looking to enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer.
The home features five beautifully decorated bedrooms, providing comfort for all guests. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure on the beach or exploring the town of Duck. Roku TVs are featured in every room of the house.
The ground floor of the property provides great outdoor spaces and includes a charcoal grill, a picnic table, a basketball goal, a ping pong table, and an outdoor shower. Fire up the grill for a barbecue, or challenge someone to a game of basketball. A refreshing outdoor shower awaits after a day in the sand, and the expansive driveway provides ample parking and space for games.
