Positive: The location is wonderful. The sand, water and waves were perfect.
Negative: We saw little thin brown roaches a couple of times near the kitchen. The AC stopped working upstairs the last two days we were there. The only support materials provided were cleaning supplies and shampoo packs. There were no extra trash bags provided, toilet paper was minimal, there weren't even coffee filters for the coffee maker. We had to go buy stuff that we felt should have been provided with this type of rental. The outdoor grill was disgusting, as was the grill brush - each was covered in thick, black grease and old food chunks. There were construction materials left on the deck in an unfinished manner, and most of the patio equipment was old, broken and/ or tattered. There was a guy bait fishing pretty much nonstop on the private beach SWIMMING area (Florida + bait + water = sharks), and taking up about half of the beach space available. I think he caught 1 undersized pompano over 5 days, so the fishing isn't great either. We enjoyed our stay but feel this location is overpriced and underserved.
