Positive: Location is spot on with an amazing outlook
Negative: 1) Communication was poor 2) Mattress has no protection & heavily stained 3) Bathroom sink very very slow obviously blocked , this was was the same as our last visit 4) Curtains stained due to rain leaking through patio door 5) Side door leaking during rain 6) Patio door very stiff to open & close 7) Lack of shelving in bathroom 8) Toilet button broken
Summary: Property slowly deteriorating but simple TLC will sort, need to improve communication
