Positive: Great location, right on the Metro (M) and S trains, just a walk from all the central areas.
Negative: The balcony was overlooking the inner yard that was not appealing. The drawback in being right into the heart of the city was the outside noise, especially in the morning (from delivery trucks).
Summary: If you are used to city life, this was an amazing and convenient location with comfortable amenities and awesome places
