With a 60 foot wrap around deck overlooking the sunrise on the Caribbean and direct water views from every room this condo allows you to enjoy the beauty of Akumal every second you are there.
A beautiful and consistent ocean breeze fills this well appointed unit at all times. A new kitchen – new counters, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and reverse osmosis (filter water through the sink and refrigerator) all done late 2020. All upholstery (couch, chairs and stools) has also just been redone making the condo feel brand new complemented by a new 50 inch smart TV With one of the largest decks in Akumal ( 60 ft ) , you can enjoy dining outside, lounge in the hammock, relax in the outdoor living area all on the second floor with privacy and a view second to none. There is also complementary housekeeping 6 days a week and concierge service on property.
General Layout: Seven Seas #6 is a second level condominium located in South Akumal, just 2 miles south and 15 minute walk to Akuma Playa. This unit has a private entrance that takes you to a main entry which is bright and opens into main living area which includes a large ocean facing sitting area, well furnished with oversized rattan furnishings, dining area with seating for eight, and the well equipped and newly furnished very workable kitchen with breakfast bar. The main living area is also equipped with a 50 inch smart TV.
From the main living access the terrace via sliding glass doors. The view is unforgettable, looking out through coconut palms to a perfectly turquoise sea. The terrace is well furnished and very private, blurring the line between outdoor and indoor living spaces.
To either side of the living area is the master suite and guest bedroom. Both bedrooms are private, with direct ocean views and their own terrace access, AC, and private bath. There is also a queen size inflatable air bed available for US $25/night to accommodate a 5thor 6th guest.
The master suite is very oversized with a large and comfortable sitting area of it's own.
- It is furnished with a king bed and again, enjoys it's own direct ocean view and terrace access. You hear the ocean and feel the breeze while you sleep and can watch the sunrise from your bed.
- The guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed, which can be two single beds, as best suits your needs. This bedroom also has a direct ocean view from each bed.
The Setting: Seven Seas enjoys large and private grounds. A large swimming pool( with kids section) is located on the beachside of the property. It is designed to be enjoyable by all guests of the Seven Seas Units and furnished with a pool side table and chairs and chaise lounges. From the pool follow the path just a few steps to the sandy beach where you will find shade palapas, additional chaise lounges and a soft sandy beach, easy for swimming and snorkeling.
The snorkeling here is excellent and easily accessible for all skill levels. Five sea kayaks are also for guests to use. The bay here is well protected by an outer barrier reef keeping water calm and enjoyable for snorkeling, kayaking and other activities. Outdoor showers are also available for rinsing off when coming out of the ocean.
Seven Seas is on a South Akumal street located less than five minute drive or 20 minute walk to Akumal proper with 5 outdoor restaurants and shops. Seven Seas is 1.5 miles to PGA Golf, 15 minutes to Tulum and 20 minutes to Playa del Carmen. It is an exclusive, safe, small gated community of privately owned beautiful beachfront villas. The beach is pure white sand often quoted as the best in the area. 24 hour security is present adding to your complete comfort and ability to relax.
