Summary: We loved the location - in a quiet neighborhood just off of HWY 17 between Sedona and Flagstaff. About 30-45 min to Sedona hiking and a quick 15 min to downtown Flagstaff. The cabin had a great cabin-y feel with wood and stone throughout, including a gas fireplace which chased off the chill in the cool mornings. Everything was very clean. We had everything we needed for a cozy stay including thoughtful touches like coffee filters, basic toiletries, and laundry supplies. Full size washer and dryer accommodated our laundry needs. The showers were beautiful and awesome - good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and steam shower equipped (although we didn't use that function). Lovely back deck overlooking the woods, but I really enjoyed hanging out on the sunny front deck with a book. Owner communication was excellent both before and during our stay. We were going to another cabin in eastern AZ after our stay in Munds Park, but our reservation was canceled due to a wildfire evacuation. The owner, Anne, was very responsive and graciously (and quickly!) handled our request to extend our stay. We will definitely be coming back to this delightful place to explore more of the Sedona/Flagstaff area.
