It is a studio, clean, comfortable, practical, modern and well decorated. Perfect for taking a vacation and breathing different airs. Easy to visit most tourist areas in Lisbon, Belem, Sintra and Cascais by car or public transport. It is 15 minutes from the station of Parede or the station of São Pedro do Estoril. The studio is all connected bedroom / living room with kitchen. The bathroom / bathroom has a shower / shower. On the beaches there is the practice of surfing, paddling, kite surfing, body boarding, volleyball, diving, and sailing and in some areas fishing is permitted. The swimming pool and solarium are at the entrance of the studio. We can meet there, there are no other guests at the same time. Sometimes I can go to the pool or sit in the area to sunbathe and read, but it is very rare. The center of Parede is 15 minutes walk away and has everything you could need. Although the studio has an independent entrance we ask our guests not to invite or bring people who are not staying in the studio to the pool or to sleep.
