Studio with south facing balcony recently renovated in the heart of Arcachon (Summer City) in the quiet area but close to the center, and therefore very sought after in the Chapel.
The main amenities are less than 10 minutes on foot: all shops, market, restaurants, supermarket, pier, bus. The first beach is 100m away, and the very famous Pereire beach is 5 minutes by bike.
The cycle and pedestrian path at the edge of the basin is at the foot of the building.
A private parking space awaits you as well as a bicycle storage room in the residence.
The Sncf train station (Bordeaux, Paris, Toulouse, ...) is a 15-minute walk, a bicycle rental company is 6 minutes away. The free eho shuttle runs at the foot of the residence and serves the station, Pereire, Moulleau…
