There are also wheely bins under the main deck of the house for depositing rubbish (red lid) and recycling (blue lid) ## Interaction All communications with guests will be through Airbnb messages where my support team will be happy to answer all your questions before and during your stay. We will not be available in person, but are available via Airbnb through my support team if needed. ## Neighborhood Freemans Bay is centrally located and is only minutes to walk to the hip bars and restaurants of Ponsonby, or head down the hill to Victoria Park and Wynyard Quarter for Ocean front dining. It also offers ease of access to motorways and the CBD ## Transit Located just off Auckland's iconic Ponsonby road where there is good public transport and easy access to the CBD. Uber rides to the central city are less than $10, or it's a 20 min walk. On street parking is available, however we do need to register your car to get a temporary permit. If a car park is required then we will require your license plate and further details, when you place your booking. ## Notes COVID 19: Before booking, please be aware we can only host your stay if it is essential to move during the Level 4 and 3 lockdown periods in New Zealand. Main reasons include: - recently returned New Zealanders re-settling, - your current property becomes uninhabitable or unavailable, - or if you need to move to avoid a dangerous home situation. We will handle the key exchange remotely and you will need to arrange safe point to point transport within your bubble when re-locating. ***Please note that entrance to the property does require walking down approx. 5 steep concrete steps, making this property unsuitable for mobility restricted guests. *** There is also a cat who lives in the main house and is very friendly.
