Casa Buena Vista is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with stunning 360 degree views of La Giganta Mountains and the Sea of Cortez. It is located in the community of Loreto Bay (Nopolo), just outside of the town of Loreto, Baja California Sur. The community has 24 hour security, and there haven't been any reported crimes or theft in years. Loreto is a quiet fishing town, and one of the safest places in Mexico. It's so safe that you can even drink the tap water, which comes from a well in San Juan. The area has something for everyone- year-round fishing, golfing, pools, spas, hiking, snorkeling, scuba diving, cooking, shopping, historical sight-seeing, ATVs, horse back riding, whale watching, and so much more. The area is part of a national marine park, so the natural environment is protected, and the nearby beaches have stunning white sand beaches. It's paradise!
Casa Buena vista is a large villa, with three floors. When you open the front door, you'll be welcomed by the tranquil open-air fountain courtyard that is in the middle of the home. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with a 50' smartTV, and two bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.
The outdoor stairs lead from the courtyard to the large private sun deck, complete with lounge chairs and a beautiful outdoor dining area.
