Moved and re-assembled on this wooded lot, this 5 bedroom, 4 bath cottage kept all the character of the original barn intact while adding the best of modern conveniences. Clean lines, airy spacious rooms, radiant heated floors, gourmet kitchen and thoughtfully selected furnishings throughout will please even the most discerning guest.
As soon as you enter the home you will be amazed by the attention to detail. Rough sawn oak planks, salvaged barn beams, a floating staircase and soaring vaulted ceilings with oversized windows throughout provide panoramic views. Step into the gourmet kitchen complete with soapstone counters, six-burner and griddle Wolf gas range, dual farmhouse sinks and center island with extra seating for four. Dining area features roomy farmhouse table with space for 10. Living room is located just off the kitchen/dining area and provides plenty of lounge space with cozy leather sectional. Additional living space is tucked away with flat screen tv and additional seating. Amazing cantilevered deck leads out over the wooded ravine where you can view deer and wildlife while enjoying your morning coffee. Main floor master has king bed and en suite bath featuring a walk in shower and double sinks. Bunk room with twin over full bunk is located on the main floor as well as an additional full bath with vintage clawfoot tub.
